Tasting:

Eye:
Deep, dense, crimson garnet. Intense concentration.

Nose:
Intense delicate aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and sherry. Upon breathing, it opens up with scents of moka and liquorice bringing further complexity.

Palate:
The immediate impression is richness together with a cohesive balance between the fruit, the softness of the tannins and the wine’s effortless concentration. A powerful, intense, sun soaked wine with remarkable freshness and considerable length – it is a true expression of our terroir as in the previous vintages. Already supple, it is a wine that can be drunk now yet has the character and structure for ample ageing.

Tips on service:
Serve at 17 °. We recommend to decant this wine two hours before service to reveal its full character.
